Members arcadesonfire 8,449
Here's to EVH! What do you use to get your squishy, saturated, bright, spectacular overdriven tone? I bought the Traynor Bassmaster for like $200 on ebay 20ish years ago and never looked back. With an attenuator between it and the cab, ya just turn all the knobs up, and bam, there you are. ...Though it helps to also split your signal and send one to another amp that is saturated in verb but not very loud. Members 1001gear 872
Always thought the brown sound was supposed to sound cello ish or low high stringy or maybe just viola. Guess not.

Members Grant Harding 919
I fake it with this Kemper profile, but I can't play like EVH. Edited October 17, 2020 by Grant Harding
