Members Zblock Posted July 26, 2020 Members Share Posted July 26, 2020 Can anybody give me some guidance? I finally bought a Kemper Stage. I have never owned a Kemper before. I formatted both of my thumb drives to FAT32 on this Windows10 PC, attempted to format my drives with the Kemper, but when the Kemper asks if I want to format the drive, and I hit "Yes" .. the Kemper just freezes. I have to unplug it. In order to remedy this situation, I attempted to download the latest Kemper OS, but apparently the only way to access that is to signup on the Kemper website. So I signed up, entered my Kemper Stage serial number, but I have still not received the required verification email. It is not in my junk folder. Does it usually take more than 4 hours?
