boss dd-200 Boss DD-200 Dotted Eighth notes (timing issues)

I recently purchased a Boss DD-200  I programed 2 settings in the memory banks first one was quarter note delays and the second dotted eight note. delay, when I compared the 2 delays settings

there was no difference in the delay timing, the dotted eighth note delay sound identical to the quarter note delays timing. I follow the setting suggested by Boss on the manual and still no difference in timing. there should be a noticeable difference in the delay time but it's not happening.

 

Has anyone experience this issue?
