I doubt you care now, but the Carvin by far. That said, as mentioned, the Carvin is a very old design (nearly 20 years) and the pro audio segment of the company is defunct. They are are also 124 lbs each and huge. Unless you're getting them for free, or close to it, they aren't really worth much, especially if you need something portable. Note too, you can't put speakers like these on stands, which really limits application. They'd be best suited for an install situation where you can build something for them to be set at the proper height in the room.
