How to use 4 cable set up with 12 switch true bypass looper

I have a 12 switch true bypass looper and a Mesa Boogie Mark V. I have a pedal board and here is the order that I have them in without the Looper switch .

 

Guitar>Wah>Keeley>Timmy>MercuryGain>Volume Pedal > Out to AMP

 

Whammy <IN -----> TO AMP SEND

Whammy >OUT >Pog>Tremolo>Memoryman>Diamond Delay>OUT TO AMP RETURN

 

I want to use the exact the set up but make use of my 12switch True Bypass looper

and plug my pedals into it.

 

Possible and if it is, can someone please help by drawing out how to route the cables.
