Members pete12string
Fraulini Angelina 12 String From http://fraulini.com/angelina/ The Angelina is a grand concert sized guitar, based on the classic ladder-braced Oscar Schmidt designs of the early 20th century. Robert "Barbecue Bob" Hicks is most closely associated with 12-string guitars of this style. The Angelina has the excellent balance and projection typical of guitars of this size. This results in a tighter and more focused sound than what one can expect from the larger-bodied instruments. The lower bout is 14 5/8", with a scale length of 26 1/2". Original owner - Sept. 2009 Mahogany back and sides. French Polish. Excellent condition. There was a seam separation around Feb. 2010, a few months after receiving the guitar from Todd. Repaired (with cleat) by Todd Cambio. No problems since. There are some "scuff" marks in the finish on the sides due to the delicate French polish finish and the tightness of the case. They look a lot worse in the photos than they really are. Here's what Todd Cambio said about the scuff marks: "The finish can be repaired, but the case fit is so tight, it may likely happen again." Other than that, there are no cracks, scratches, or any other issues. Asking price is $3500 shipped CONUS. Check or Money Order only.
