Members Telecruiser
Thanks for the list! I've copied them out and should be able to find a few more to supplement our original sets. Heck, play the whole list of PD tunes, the club owner might just re think the PRO fees.
Members Notes_Norton
If you could handle the gig and enjoy it, do the PD thing. If not, think about it first. I learned long ago to never take a gig that I would be misbooked for. If I can't handle it and have fun while I'm doing it, it's better to turn it down. But that's me - and might not be the best approach for all of us. Notes
Moderators daddymack Posted July 24, 2017 Moderators Share Posted July 24, 2017 no, that is the best approach. I turn down gigs because I know it isn't going to be satisfactory either to the client, the group or both. Usually from GigSalad...[what a waste that has been!]
Members Notes_Norton
I've gotten a couple of gigs from Gig Salad, but not enough to make me want to pay for the premium membership. I've turned down a half dozen or so because I'm not what they are really looking for. For me it's like Craigslist. If I get a gig or two per year, and it doesn't cost anything -- why not?
