Members damohonda
Hello, I'm new to the e-kit world. Always used acoustic but been forced through technology and moaning neighbours to invest in an e-kit...I chose the Yamaha DTX 532 because of the extra inputs- and I got an amazing deal! I understand that I can add an extra single zone cymbal to the extra input on the kick pedal or get a Y splitter and add different sounds to the Tom inputs. I have been searching around the web and different forums but can't seem to find an answer to the following question: Can I lose one of my tom inputs and add a dual zone cymbal with choke? it seems the tom inputs are dual mono so it seems that I could add a dual zone cymbal and split the bell from the bow.. but does anyone know if it can be choked? Anyone got any experience with setting this up?
Members 1001gear
I don't really know but if you have the samples you should be able to do it.
