hi there . (my English isn't good ) i am reading "music theory for dummies "book . in the part of chords ( which chord lead to which chords ) write " Or " what the meaning of or in this part ? for example vi chord can lead to ii , iii , IV OR V CHORDS

All those Roman numerals are function numbers. They mean the chord built on that position in the scale. The V chord has a dominant function and has a tendency to move to I or VI. You can technically go to any chord from the V chord but for traditional music this will have to lead back to the I chord; usually within a few measures or less. This stuff is actually way more technical than your question but it's hard to explain without the theory behind it. Have you covered major and minor scales?
