Members bigbang
Currently using some cheap RGBW flat pars with a wider beam angle that work just fine. However 1.5 years into it LED's are dying. And these are at an install! Looking for something that will last a couple years while being set up/tore down on a regular basis for my mobile rig. I don't need super bright as stages are small, so the wider the beam the better. Flat/light is good as many times they are installed on speaker poles or on top of speakers. What fixtures do you suggest I look at that will stand up to the road? Thanks!
Members BillESC
I'd suggest Blizzard's HotBox RGBAW with the available Diffusion panel. All the power you could want and a complete color palette. http://blizzardlighting.com/products/par-cans-and-wash-lights/item/355-hotbox-5-rgbaw
Members stevegarris
Here's a low cost, Chinese COB fixture that I am very interested in. I like the 45 deg spec. The 100W cob will be plenty bright. Note the shipping cost which brings this light to $180 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dmx-COB-Led-...wAAOSwLVZVq56e Here's another wide angle COB light - 150w and a removable beam width lens:http://www.pssl.com/ColorKey/Sale/ColorKey-StagePar64-COB-TRI-150w-LED-Wash-Light
