Help a noob please electronic drum module +kit Q's

Hey, I own a YAMAHA RX5 drum module

 

I also Have ROLAND TD-4 kit.

 

So with PLs I guess I can connect the kick, snare,toms, crash and ride no problems right.

 

But what about the RIM and MOST IMPORTANT HH? My pdx100 has one input and my HH has a seperate pedal, and only 1 HH output from the module (the module tho has 2 HH sounds, closed and open). Can someone with experience tell me how to configure the whole kit? thankssss XDXD
