Keep Calm and ...

Recommended Posts

You've all seen it. The signage used by Britain's Minister of Defense. The sign was to promote better morale during WWII when Britain was under the constant thread of aerial bombing.

SO, no doubt you've also seen all the slants on this slogan.

"Keep Calm and...RTFM."

This should be posted at the top of every manufacturer's forum where people post threads like "Software Broke, What's Wrong?"

Given the reality of today's microprocessor-driven world, I'd go for...

Keep Calm

Turn it Off

Wait 30 Seconds

Turn it Back On

Or reduced to something more minimal...

Keep Calm and Reboot

Well I was inspired by walking through Gibson's service department, where I often hear "Turn it off, then turn it back on again...oh, good....is there anything else I can help you with?...thank you for calling...good bye."
