Members manoeuver Posted June 7, 2015 Members Posted June 7, 2015 Jaga Jazzist. These guys are reminiscent of the most audacious instrumental Zappa crossed with Groove Collective plus something else, I dunno. tracks to pick out on the spotify or wherever are Animal Chin and Bananfluer Overalt (give it a minute or two forty five.) if those appeal, dig thru the repertoire. drummer man is perfect for this gig and I'm sure anybody here would be pigin{censored} playing this music. super creative. they're europeans.

Members manoeuver Posted June 10, 2015 Author Members Posted June 10, 2015 Link looks interesting, I will dig in when I get home. I been swell Mr.Gear. I got kids now, moved back to the near midwest, starting a coffee biz here and writing a book. Lots to do, and all of it mine! Howzabout you?
Members 1001gear Posted June 10, 2015 Members Posted June 10, 2015 Near Midwest sounds East still. Good to hear you're on your feet. I hate people problems. Ollie does polyrhythmic stuff with detuned/microtonal accompaniment or vice versa. I'm still plugging along at the music. Nuthin' special.
