I had one of those orange faced Randall's back in the 80's. Mine was a bit smaller. That thing cooked when I first got it.

 

I Played bass through it at a gig one night along with my regular ampeg to add a little extra sound and something must of happened. It lost a good deal of power and sounded a bit distorted. I never did figure out why even though I changed power transistors, power caps and a bunch of stuff but never did get it to work right again.
