Members moronmountain
So has anyone had this happen? The board powers up, lights up, etc, but no sound is coming through. A different board was put in the signal chain, and it works fine, so it's deffinately an issued with the Mackie. What would/could/can cause this? Insert a piece of equipment into the main L and R inserts.....does the behaviour change?
Members Koopdaddy
Do you have the Main Mix/Group buttons depressed? Perhaps it is not routing to your main mix or groups. Do you get sound through PFL/AFL?
Members agedhorse
Bought it used has nothing to do with not understanding how it works. Have you read the manual to be sure you do not have an operator error problem? My hunch is that it's either a master section routing problem or all the mute switches are engaged. No audio would be the correct output condition for either.
