Members cdawg
ok, i know, little or no traffic here. so i'll post elsewhere, too. i really miss my old-school boss, crappy drum machine from forever ago.i'd love to find something software based that's work with some kind of small pad set-up for tapping out beats, looping, etc.idk, anything usb-based that can get me putting beats into garageband, etc. hoping the electric kit guys willl poke their heads in and suggest a new version of the old way of programming drums. Members cdawg
standalone would be nice, as i'm not tied to any recording software as of yet.garageband came with the mac, so i'd f*ck with that first.just hard for me to get away from the tactile tapping on pads. easier for me to put a beat in the right place, other than misinterpreting a program and figuring it out through trial and error. so far, i just looked at some older drum machines, as well as some programs like jamstix3 and hydrogen. idk.
