Members Optimusprime123 Posted January 25, 2010 Members Posted January 25, 2010 Are those pickups rings slanted or straight bottom? Can you tell me the length?
Members SOLARPIMP Posted January 26, 2010 Author Members Posted January 26, 2010 I believe that they are straight bottom. The stash is over at my girlfriends. I'll check and update tomorrow or Wednesday. Thanks,SOLAR
Members Xenoanthropus Posted January 30, 2010 Members Posted January 30, 2010 Will the wilkinson retrofit the bridge on a Peavey Predator USA?
Members SOLARPIMP Posted January 30, 2010 Author Members Posted January 30, 2010 Yes it should. There were actually several bridges. Early Predators had four screw bridges. Most of them had 6 screw bridges. Either would work with this bridge. The end screws are replaced with grooved screws and the remaining holes are filled with smaller black scrrews for added stability. This bridge was bought in around 1990 and is USA made. It has never been installed and was made to retrofit "vintage" bridges when they weren't cool (the eighties). This was supposed to be the answer to those "uncool" "arcahaic" non Floyd bridged "classic" guitars! The bridge looks brand new!
Members Xenoanthropus Posted January 30, 2010 Members Posted January 30, 2010 yeah, this is one of the older 4-screws. I'll take it. What's the worst that could happen? Doesn't quite work, and I resell it for the same price? PM me your paypal info?
