I also have the update and all available officials sounds on CDR backup included. I bought this brand new in July 2006 and have used it maybe 6 times or more. I'm a hardware guy mostly. It's really cool and is like having 2 synths in one with kinda like 3 when you count the morph mode. Once the sale is complete I will unlicense it at Arturia and the buyer can register if they want to. You do not have to register the synth to use it. It can be installed on PC or Mac in stand alone mode or as a vst/vsti plugin. You do however have to plug the dongle into an available usb port which holds the license.
