The fast hard drive, dedicated graphics and 2GB RAM make it a great DAW for the road. I have probably turned it on less than 20 times since I own it, as I've been assigned to full-time guitar duties in my band, and the keyboards are left to someone who does that much better :-). Since I'm a programmer on my day job, I feel I should invest in a Mac so that I can learn iPhone programming, as long as I'm going to have a second computer lying around collecting dust! Oh, one more thing that makes this a very special Thinkpad - I reinstalled Windows using nLite, as it is impossible to remove all of the bloatware that is factory installed when buying these from Lenovo.
