At 1960g, it's certainly not a rock-oriented ride, but my opinion is that it would work well for just about anything else, from light acoustic up to solid pop and fusion. The tone is pleasantly complex with a great integrated bell sound. It's very similar to my New Orleans ride, just a bit more focused and brighter due to the additional lathing. Stick definition is good, wash is great, and she is lovely-crashable. Condition is fantastic with only minor stick wear -- no hole, edge, or other issues. Enjoy!
