Members jonnyj Posted January 1, 2007 Members Posted January 1, 2007 Up for sale is a Vintage Circa 1985 LINN Sequencer 32 Track Midi recorder/sequencer. It is a 19" rack mount sequencer that is pretty cool and flexible as far as on the fly recording goes. The actual unit functions perfectly . It does have the original 1.0 OS. The not so good parts are the Floppy disk drive does not work and I've disconnected it. It is a Single-side/Double Density disk drive which is rare and a little costly to buy another one depending on where you end getting it. However you can still save by way of cassette recorder, computer interface backup (scsi), and midi by way of playing back to another sequencer. The only thing bad is it records control changes but not live sysex edits which is somnething I need in a sequencer otherwise I would hold onto this fine piece of yesteryear. Shipping is flat rate $7 anywhere to the continental US. Paypal or US Postal Money Order only. Pics available. selling as is because of it's age but it is working fine other than the disk drive.
