Members Acid Hazard Posted August 11, 2011 Members Posted August 11, 2011 Yup, i'm making an attempt at selling my 303. I think its time i cut the cord. I've had to so long that its tough =o] Description: Replaced all Red LEDs with flat Blue LEDs. In doing this, i took a couple pads along with them. I jumpered them to the corresponding IC Pins that run them. Got one going, but not the other one. Must have went to the wrong pin. Never bothered me, so i never fixed it. Replaced the Resonance pot recently. So that's all nice now. Minimal wear around knobs. I try to keep it from looking like it has Tweaker's Disease. Some kind of odd rough patch on the bottom of the unit. Was there when i got it. No idea what it is or what made it. Switches are about what you'd expect with a 303. Not the best, but could be much worse! I will include the rest of the replacement pots, original manual in VERY good condition, silver bag and PSU. Asking $1500 shipped in the US. I'm in no hurry to let it go, so i'm firm on the price. I'm really attached to it, so i won't budge. Call it "emotional value" =o] I will happily trade for the following: Korg MS-50 =o] Future Retro XS + $$ Acidlab Bassline 2/3 + $$ x0xb0x with FULL x0xi0 mods + $$ -------- JX-3P with the KIWI Tech Upgrade. I'm so impressed with the Alesis Ion, i feel i don't need this. Here's the run down. 1. When editing via the slider, the parameters are jumpy. It seems there are a few different versions of the 3P made, and mine was different than the version used by Murray when doing the CPU mods. He did a version of the OS for me to help, but it still isn't perfect. This also means the pitch bender is jumpy. However, EVERYTHING works via MIDI perfect. Since this is how i used it, i didn't care that the editing slider didn't function properly. 2. The Rate slider's tip is broken off. Was like this when i got it. Its still usable though, enough is sticking out to catch on your finger. Stickers will be removed upon request. Has a few scuffs and scratches here and there. I also replaced the red LEDs with blue ones. Asking $500 shipped in the US.
Members Acid Hazard Posted August 11, 2011 Author Members Posted August 11, 2011 Roland SH-1 It had heavy smoke damage from a house fire. I cleaned the {censored} out of the keys for a few hours, and got them looking pretty damn good. Not perfect, but damn good. All slider caps are accounted for, as are knob caps. The kbd transpose switch is missing the silver tip, but can still be flipped easily. The pitch bender's tip was broken off (go figure) and looked like part of it was glued back on. All keys trigger and are level. Seems to be in tune. Overall, very solid. Smooth and creamy basses! Lovely PWM. I'll get some more pics up soon. $750 shipped in the US.BeforeAfter--------R-70 In excellent condition. $360 shipped. Comes with power supply.
