If you do this now I can throw in a small snake...Just like an SP12 with the amazing 12 bit grit, but this has a keyboard and MORE sampling time.... get at me!official blurb followsThe Roland W30 was Rolands first workstation style keyboard used most famously by Liam in Prodigy, all their early tracks were made pretty much with just a single W30 and he bought more of them to use sync'd together so the story goes... You can think of the W30 as an S330 in keyboard form with sequencer and additional onboard rom waves for making synth type sounds.Sample time for one 'block' is 14.4 seconds at 15K & 7.2 seconds at 30K same as the s330 and s550 - Again, like the S330 & S550, the W30 devides it's memory into blocks which cannot be used all together and the W30 like the S330 has two of these blocks for a total 14.4 seconds at 30k but no sample can be longer then the memory of one memory 'block' which is 7.2 seconds max at 30k.The W30 uses 12 bit sampling with 16 bit playback - 16 note poly - 8 polyphonic outs. The W30 has an onboard sequencer (40,000 note) which I believe allows loading of data from some MC series Roland sequencers from around the same era. The W30 also comes with built in waves for playing as a synthesiser. W30's can read sample disks from S50, S330 & S550 as well as it's own disks, Key words: roland sampler W30 sp 12 sp 12 sampling 12 bit EMAIL ME AT OHANAKIN@GMAIL.COM NYC AREA PLEASE
