Members chriscostedio
I'm putting out a feeler to trade my Jazz bass. It's an '82 4 bolt with EMG pickups. Good news, it does not have the "bullet" truss rod. It has a bound fingerboard with dots. That makes it rare folks. The butt of the neck states '78, but the serial # indicates '82. Besides the neck and the body, all the other parts are non-original. The tuners are Fenders from the early '70s. This bass plays like a champ and sounds great. And I must emphasize: at 7.5 pounds it may be the lightest jazz bass in the world (in the running anyway). I'd love to keep it, but there are too many basses I want to try before I die. Here's what I'd like to trade for, note: nothing Chinese, Japanese, or Korean... Alembic (where is my beat-ass spoiler/persuader?) BC Rich (old ones from the usa) Fender Mustang (old) with competition stripe Musicman Stingray Peavey B-quad 4 (only this model) Pedulla Rickenbacker Warwicks (only German)
