Members joeykusack
EDIT: WRONG, it's 54 bucks with fed ex ground. I KNEW that was bull{censored} that it was so low. False advertising as usual. I don't know why shipping is so much.
Members deanmass
USPS parcel post is a lot cheaper..
Members joeykusack
they want 67 for the same package dimensions. Fed ex (which I don't like using) is 54 and UPS is 63. Now, this is cross country. It's less for closer of course (cali) But still I keep hearing people say "that's too much" but where do you get better pricing?? I shipped a guitar here recently but it was inside cali and I think it was about 25 bucks, even that seems to have gone up.
Members deanmass
I just shipped a Peavey zmillenium with hardshell abs case parcel post to San Fran from Detroit for $26 ish. Idk...maybe you are in a low volume area?
Members joeykusack
Oh, I see, thanks for your help. It says "not available online" so you take it to the post office? Sorry I'm being so dense.
Members joeykusack
Ok, so a little research has got me clued in. Lol, you have to keep asking them for parcel post and there is no online option. Guess they need the money in other ways. Original post edited for pricing update.
