Has the box (squished now), USB cable, downloaded software, but no manual (can find online). I got it from trading 3 pedals for it (they had $90 on it at the store), the headphone jack is scratchy if you move the base of the jack while playing. I have no problems with it while playing or recording. I've also got clips of it at www.guitartest.moonfruit.com .
