Good low B? I love its unfinished neck the most. it is light but sounds big. the whole guitar really hugs my small hands. the low b is there specially on the open string and lower frets. but as you use the b string on the higher frets, it gets a bit mushy. maybe, i should restring it with new strings thou.. It is a passive bass and sound good for that warm tone. not really for slap but for more of bee pop jazz kinda tone. if you are into slap, try looking for the peavey cirrus. its a nice bass and good for the money too.
