It does a pretty good job of getting a Triple Rec sound out of a clean amp, I just preferred my Big Muff to it as far as a high gain sound. The SCOD kinda has that cocked wah in front of a medium-high gain sound to it that you don't get from the Triple Recstortion. Anyway, one man's opinion...
