Members yell03
**********************SOLD!!! - Thanks Harmony Central - SOLD!****************************** This is a pretty rare guitar. It is a color called Latte Cream, it was discontinued in 2005 and everywhere I go it attracts alot of attention and gains many compliments. Also, 2005 was the last year before chambering, so yes this guitar is pretty heavy, it feels all of 9.5-10lbs, the 2007s I have owned and played only weigh 7lbs. This solid weight makes this guitar sound great and sustain forever. 2005s also have the great Burstbucker Pro pick-ups. This guitar also has the thin 60s style neck. I just had the guitar professionally set-up and restrung with Gibson Britewires 10-46s, just how it came when I bought it Brand new in December 2007. Yes, Brand New in 12/07, I got very lucky to find this gem. Why am I selling it? After my back surgery I find the weight botherosme when playing sitting down or standing up. Part of this is the single-cut design, it forces me to twist slightly to reach the 20-22nd frets and it has really flared me up. I am so much more comfortable playing my Carvin DC400, it is much lighter and the fret access is easy for me to accomplish. Even my 2008 Fender American Standard Strat doesn't bother me. I am very frustrated, I love the guitar, but it just isn't the right guitar for me anymore. I even bought a second Carvin DC127 which will arrive Thursday 5/29. New these guitars are selling for $2399-$2499, I will price this fairly at $1675 shipped via UPS to your door. It comes with the Original Gibson Hardshell case. As for trades, I will consider any Carvin double cut body, especially the DC127 or DC400. I will not pay more than $650 shipped for a Carvin DC however, they just don't hold value, I bought my fully optioned DC400 from a Music Store for $775 and I bought my highly optioned DC127 for $405 shipped, so I know my Carvin values. I would pay more for a CT6 as they hold their value better. As for other trades, I will only consider Double-cut bodies with 22-24 frets, preferably 24, no double locking trems please. Thanks for looking and it doesn't hurt to ask about other trades. Here are some pics: ***This guitar is in PERFECT condition*** Howard
Members yell03
Wow, I'm surprised, no interest???? I know it's only been a day, but is there anything I need to add to the listing? As I said before, make offers, I might not accept, but at least it's fun. I know Les Pauls are pricey and I thought that might make it tough to sell on the internet. My local Music Store offered me $1500 for it, but I am not in love with anything he has in stock right now. He has two PRS's, but neither blew me away, and two Schecter C1s I think they are called (24 frets, neck thru, one has EMGs and one has Duncans), not a bad guitar for $600-$700, but I don't know if it is worth pocketing $800-$900 and leaving my Les paul for another heavy guitar, even though it is more comfortably shaped. Members CUHandyRandy
First post for me, but I had to comment on this. Probably the most beautiful les paul I've ever seen - wish I could afford! Free bump too
Members qballman
I have a very light, 2005 USA "Time Machine Series" Fender Custom Shop NOS 1960 Stratocaster. It was $2,400 new. It has a medium jumbo ($300) refret to get rid of vintage thin frets and plays great. It is in near mint condition with no issues or problems. No dings or scratches. Has Vintage reissue HSC. I am located near Scranton, PA so probably not too far to drive and meet you if you are interested in seeing it. It is a great Strat but I already have 2 others and would like another Les Paul. I am 50 and not a scammer. Contact me at:jqballer1@yahoo.comjohnquinn@cinram.com570-878-9906 cell after 5pm570-383-3291 #3142 work

I am really looking for something similar to a Carvin DC, Gibson Les paul Double cut 24 fret (very light at 7lbs or so), or possibly a Gibson SG supreme 24 fret model. Thanks for the offer though from a fellow old timer, 44 years old here. Howard
Members darthur101
I have a 2001 American Fender Telecaster 90's Special, Thinline, F-Hole, upgraded the pick-ups with a Kinman AVn-60's Bridge and an Addler Plus Tele 300 in the neck. Very sweet guitar, but I'm mostly a Gibson guy. BTW, these were only made from 1997 to 2001, so it might be a collectible one day. Just let me know. Thanks I'm not really a Fender guy, I do like my Strat, but I don't love it. I actually had two Fenders I really liked, a Korean made Fender Showmaster FMT HH and a Korean Fender Telecaster FMT HH. It most likely won't matter, the Les paul will 99.9% sure be sold this afternoon to the local guy. Howard
