jkharris...

I was scammed by a "J. Hinton" who lives also in Kentucky......
Bought an EBMM Axis from him, but nothing has showed up... And it was supposed to shipped IN LATE MARCH :mad::mad:!!! I've got all the mails. I've tried to get in touch with him during these months many, MANY times (via phone and emails), but with poor results.

If this J. Hinton isn't jkharris, then so be it, but in any case this particular J. Hinton owes me a guitar.

Any help that leads to a solution will be rewarded (yes, with money).

Here's the info:

Official Electric Guitar Good Deal/Bad Deal Sticky!

I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread dedicated to good deals/bad deals on these forums. A vast majority of the deals made using these forums go down with no problems at all. Occasionally we do get a bad one though.
Please, if you have a beef with someone, don't post their personal information on these forums without their consent! All that's necessary is "I had a good deal/bad deal with (insert username)."

Thanks!

"... Without their consent..." He has collected the $$$, but still decides to keep the guitar. I try and try to get in touch, but no reply.
Tell me, how can I recieve any results if the dude won't reply mails or calls other than go public?

Consent... Ya right...

And the thread is most likely about the same geezer.

I'll post on the suggested place, but we have to stop babying the ones that are only here to screw people.

Agreed, GQ. There's a difference between saying "That jerk -name- sent me a guitar that had a scratch on it and totally overcharged for shipping" and "-name- SCAMMED ME. Help, please."

I doubt that rule is in place to protect the guilty.
