Members ToWillOneThing
For Sale: Fender 50Th Anniversary Stratocaster H/S/S with S-1 Coil tap switching in Volume knob. Here's the deal, This guitar is literally Brand new, I just removed the protective film of of the pickguard! I have only had the guitar for a week and as you can see the plastic is still on the back cover. From the store this guitar was $1150.00, You can have it for much cheaper as finances are forcing this sale (story of my life). The only thing that would keep this thing from being 110% is that I had put a Seymore Duncan SH-5 Custom in the bridge position (The pickup I have had in all of my electrics) and this required the drilling of a small hole in the pickguard between the (2) existing screws to accomodate the different mount screw pattern of the Duncan vs. the Fender Bridge pickup. Well Lo and behold, the Fender Diamondback Humbucker sounded better in this particular guitar! So I put the original back in--Dang!. The hole (tiny) is filled by a small screw between the bigger ones and only some snob collector would get chapped about it not being perfectly stock. It looks very clean and is a tiny screw. There is also some small nicks on the pickguard by the bottom tone control where I had to use a razorblade to get the protective film off from around the tone pot. Other than that I have literally had this guitar for (1) week and had thought it would be a keeper forever but those dang bills are stacking up. $785 Shipped Conus. Paypal and USPS Money order.
