1994 Ibanez S540FMTK - Made In Japan

I purchased this guitar a few months ago but I'm forced to sell this guitar. I'm not the original owner, but I'll try to be as complete with my info as possible. The guitar is a player. Not mint. Maybe a 7 out of 10. Everything is 100% original. The first few frets MIGHT need a crown leveling. I say might because the guitar is 14 years old and there are some very shallow grooves on the frets. When I bought it I just used some 000 steel wool, polished them up and the grooves aren't noticable playing. I can take more pics if you wan to see them. There's one pic posted but it was before I polished them.

 

The trem post on the high E side of the trem has been replaced by a non-original trem post. It is a trem post...but not an Ibanez one. The knife edge fits perfectly into the slot on the post and there's no tuning stability issues from it.

 

OHSC included. One of the lathes is busted off the case, but the other 2 hold the case closed very well. I put bloack Dunlop strap locks on, but the original gold strap buttons are included.

 

Guitar plays and sounds great. I'm going to regret selling this as it took me forever to find one in this trans black color.
