I'm in no hurry to sell this, I just never use it and would maybe like to put the money towards something I can use. So make me some offers!

Guitar is in very good condition with a couple of small knicks and dings, full active electronics with vari-tone and boost. The neck was cracked at the nut in shipping to me and I had it professionally repaired. When I did I opted to not have it refinished around the nut.

I was told that this was a one off Mock made for Hollywood music. I personally have never seen a Mock with the birdseye maple wings, koa neck through and walnut stringers along with a Schaller bridge. Comes with the original case with broken latches but those are an easy fix if that's an issue.

Any questions or offers you can PM me or e-mail me leod_74@hotmail.com

holy crap, i have never seen one like that with that wood combo -- that is stunning.

that's one of the coolest mockingbirds i have ever seen. if it had the supreme inlays and binding it would be over the top....i like it with the diamonds though....the wood takes more of the focus than the flashy inlays :-)

i would want a fair amount of money for that. if i would let myself sell it!

Yeah I bought it as kind of an investment, I play it every once in a while but mostly it sits in its case in my closet. Its a beautiful guitar for sure.

I just would rather have something that I can use at this point, although I will probably be kicking myself about it down the road...

what kind of cash price are you looking to get?

Make me an offer :thu:

Seriously, I only know what I paid for it and what Early Mocks go for on ebay. But this one is a one-off so it is most likely worth a bit more.

Still no suitable offers...

I like your guitar but seriously do not know what the market price would be for such an axe. I've not owned a BC Rich guitar before. Would you mind PM-ing me your desired price and I will do some research on the matter? Thanks

my offer of 1100.00 stands if you want it/

D.

Are you joking? Thanks anyways.

Neck fracture do hurt the resale value but considering this is about a $2300 guitar, it doesn't hurt it THAT bad.

This is what Neal Moser has to say about this guitar for anyone thats interested:

We built a number of these MIXED Maple & Koa instruments for Hollywood Music. That's why you don't see many of them. This one is Birdseye Maple with a Koa neck-thru and Rosewood stringers. This is a "Valley Blvd" Alhambra, East LA shop guitar.

The impact fracture at the nut won't effect anything, it's 99% finish shatter, Polyester is very hard/brittle and doesn't bend, it shatters. Wink Geeezzzzz I hate shippers.
