Members MatrixClaw
I have two guitars up for sale/trade. The first is a Gibson Faded SG, its pickups have been upgraded to an EMG 81(b) and 85(n). The Second is a Fender American Standard Strat with a Highway One neck, the pickups have also been upgraded to DiMarzio Tone Zone S, HS-2 and YJM, USA Vintage-style Tremolo. The guitar also has a non-stock Black input and creme knobs to match the guitar, the volume being a push/pull to split the bridge pickup. These pickups sound GREAT for anything from jazz/blues to modern metal. Both are great sounding guitars, but I'd like to move into something a little more higher end as ever since I've bought my Ibanez Prestige, these two have gotten little to no play time. The SG is in immaculate shape, better looking than any "new" ones in stores. The Strat is in excellent condition as well, no dents, scratches or anything of the sort that I can see, it also has brand new Ernie Ball Power Slinky strings on it (11-48). I will throw in a new set of Musician's Choice 9-42 gauge strings for the SG. I'm asking $550 for the SG with the original Gibson pickups, or $650 with the EMGs; includes truss-rod tool, manuals, will include a hard-shell case just because I'm scared of shipping it in a gig bag... plus I don't have one anyway! Asking $750 for the Strat with the DiMarzios; includes hard-shell case, wrenches, tremolo bar and manuals. Will sell both for $1200. Prices do not include shipping. If you think my prices are high, remember, they are not set in stone and am most certainly up for offers. I will consider trades as well, really only interested in a Gibson Les Paul Classic, Standard or Custom or some kind of PRS right now though, but I'll certainly take a look at what you have. Can add cash for trades. Yes, they're a bit dusty
Members MatrixClaw
Bump. Few trade offers but none that really peaked my interest yet.

I can rewire it back up with the original pickups and electronics or I can just send it unloaded with the pickups and you can do it yourself, whichever you prefer. I'd prefer cash over anything lower than a Les Paul Studio though. PM'd you.

Members MatrixClaw
Les Paul Specials are FAR superior to Studios. What? Really? Shows how much I know about Les Pauls lmao But they cost so much less than a Studio? I've been offered a few specials but they all have P90s in them so far. Not really interested in P90s. You are right, the Special is very similar to a Studio. I was for some reason thinking about Les Paul Classics. I don't know how I got that correlation. Members MatrixClaw
Bump! Will Trade SG for a Schecter C-1 Classic or C-7 Hellraiser, possibly a Fender Showmaster or a 5-String Carvin, Schecter or Ibanez bass. Will trade either plus a bit of cash (depending on condition) for a Gibson Les Paul Studio, preferably in Wine Red or some kind of flame, or possibly an Edwards or Burny Les Paul, or a Mesa Mark III, Rect/Trem-O-Verb or 2-Channel Dual or Triple Rectifier. Will trade both plus cash (again depending on condition) for a Gibson Les Paul Classic, Standard or Custom.
Members zodiacstone
Would you be intersted in a Jackson Pro Series Rhoads for the Strat? Thanks, Jason
Members MatrixClaw
Would you be intersted in a Jackson Pro Series Rhoads for the Strat? Thanks,Jason Sorry, V guitars just really aren't my thing and I really want something without a double-locking trem, since I already have my Ibanez for my "shred" uses. Members Guitar Centaur
If that Strat is an American Standard, shouldn't it have the newer style 2 post trem?
