Up for sale I have a Lado Falcon. Not too sure on the date of manufacture, late 70s or early 80s.

Lado guitars are handmade in Ontario by master luthier Joe Kovacic. The Falcon was a high-end model with the following features:

Neck-Through Body Construction

Birds-eye Maple Wings, Maple/Mahogany Neck.

Rosewood Fingerboard

Original Dimarzio Super Distortion Humbucker Pickups.

Leo Quan Badass Bridge - Great resonance and completely adjustable for height and intonation.

Gotoh Tuners

Tuners appear to be aftermarket as you can see screw holes near each one.

Controls:

Volume

Tone

Active 9V Boost

Vari-Tone

Coil Tap

Phase Reverse

This is an absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable guitar to play. The neck is very smooth and fast, it plays like butter. The neck through design means the upper fret access is super-easy.

Rare birdseye maple is holographic and changes with the light - photographs don't do it justice.

This guitar sounds great for any genre of music, the pickups and controls allow for a wide variety of tones. The guitar is highly resonant and harmonically rich.

Condition is very good for a ~30 year old guitar. There are a variety of small dings here and there of which I have included photos. The most major one is on the treble side of the fingerboard at the 1st fret. It's a small gouge but you can feel it when running your hand up and down the neck. Certainly not something that would interfere with playing though.

Comes with hardshell case - not original to guitar.

$1200 + Shipping from Calgary, Alberta Canada
