It was repaired at the Washburn factory and carries a full lifetime Washburn warranty along with the sales receipt. Guitar was upgraded to a Tusq nut and Tusq Saddle. Nice crisp bright tone! Cosmetically the guitar shows the repairs, but, it is structurally sound and stable. I spoke to a Washburn rep and they are honoring the full warranty on this guitar.
