Members guitar23
SOLD-- 2001 Taylor 614-CE Quilted Maple $1,800 Mint condition, so clean I have never thought I deserved to own it. Original owner was a "life coach" type therapist, never gigged, never even went to a jam party from what I could deduce (I have original receipt). Since I bought it, used on two gigs and one recording session. In closet, non-smoking residence and humidified since my purchase last summer. This guitar is beautiful but not what I need or use, and I've played it very little in the year I've owned it. Three-piece back, beautiful top, the quilted maple is incredible and clean, Fishman Prefix stereo blender mic/pre-amp system with bass, treble, notch, etc. Pics at this link (bear in mind I'm not a photographer-- borrowed camera): http://s218.photobucket.com/albums/cc171/georgemannguitars/ $1,800 firm plus shipping (about $40-$45 insured) and Paypal (3%) if used. I will ship it thoroughly packed. Will do money order, etc., if secure with verified buyer, or NYC pickup. This guitar goes about $2,900 new. Members johnnieboy2
Maybe you should have spent more time with the Life Coach you bought this from. Anybody who can afford a guitar deserves it, so you certainly do! Now, that will be $50 please... Really, doing any trades on this?
Members guitar23
I am not worthy.... if I'd taken it out of the closet a few more times I'm sure I'd a dinged it real good at least once.... and he wasn't MY life coach, LOL... I bought it from his ad! I mention that only to give background of original owner-- this guitar looks like it never left its case! Anyway, I need to downsize, not redistribute, my load, so no trades. Will be putting a couple others up, mostly acoustics, over next month. Martin will always rule in my book. Pretty as these Taylors are, and especially sweet when using a capo, they're just not for me... though I do want to check out their older dreadnoughts....
