Just got it back from Dan at www.chicagobluesbox.com and it was completely serviced. New transformer, yeah, these are know to cook them, and completely checked out. I purchased a new amp while this one was down. No need to keep it. Awesome sounding amp, great tone and guitar volume sensitivity. Has some scratches on the side tolex, I purchased it that way. No affect on the tone. Will ship but buyer pays shipping and packing costs. Money order or certified check only. Have plenty of ebay feedback and have been on here since it's inception. $1400.00 plus shipping. Not interested in trades.

Members Birdless Posted January 17, 2009 Author Members Posted January 17, 2009 It was a warranty replacement from Marshall. It is a stock replacement transformer. Given a total clean bill of health. I really like this amp, but I purchased a Vetta that handles more of what I need.
