FT or FS: Richter 5 watt Champ Clone

I have a 5 watt 1x12 Champ clone made by Sara Richter that is housed in a tweed cabinet. I am the second owner and cosmetically the amp looks new.

 

It has a power switch, standby, volume, treble and bass knobs and two input jacks. Inside it has a 5Y3 GT RCA tube rectifier, a 6V6GT CBS-Columbia power tube and a 12ax7 Mazda preamp tube. All NOS according to the original owner. The speaker is a Jensen 50watt 8ohm C12N.

 

I would like to trade it for 5E3 type tweed amp and can offer cash to even out the deal.

 

If I have to sell it outright, I would like $525 shipped.
