Members buckshot_plevna Posted August 31, 2003 Members Posted August 31, 2003 Someone please give me some insight on chord progressions, whether it be a theory book, some of of your own knowledge which I can work off of, a website. BUT STOP TELLING ME TO LISTEN TO THE BEATLES! I know who they are, what they did, and that that wrote in every key, time signature, tempo, etc that exists. I am listening to the Beatles to try and get a grasp of different sounding progressions (and now I have to stupid Maxwell's Silver Hammer song in head...BANG BANG, Maxwell's silver hammer...doo de doo...ugh) Anyways I'm a very visual learner, so this isn't really the best way to learn. And for you smart asses out there I've already consider picking a up a Beatles' songbook with transcriptions of their music so I can SEE it.
