The chord progression is as follows (I think... ):

 

|C A7|Dm7 G7|C A7|Dm7 G7|Em7b5 A7|Dm7 G7|C C7|F F#dim|C G7|C|

 

Those who are observant can see that it's very much like the A section of Rhythm Changes.

 

Over the first four bars we can play G major pentatonic. C major penta would work too but can sound a bit boring. It's OK to slip into the A dominant penta during the second half of bars 1 and 3.

 

In bar 5 this is the one to choose, A dominant penta. G dominant penta for the next bar. And then the extended C blues scale for the last two bars.
