Over the first four bars we can play G major pentatonic. C major penta would work too but can sound a bit boring. It's OK to slip into the A dominant penta during the second half of bars 1 and 3. In bar 5 this is the one to choose, A dominant penta. G dominant penta for the next bar. And then the extended C blues scale for the last two bars.
