Members Bleedin'Fingers Posted March 4, 2004 Members Posted March 4, 2004 I was looking at The Guitar Grimoire book today, and while it looks great for what it is, here's my (maybe dumb) question: on the pages where it shows all the notes for each particular scale on the "complete" fretboard, it only shows everything up to the 19th fret. What about the other 3-5 frets above them? I would love to buy the book but I am curious about the exclusion of the higher frets. What gives? Thanks for any help.
Members sacredparadigm Posted March 4, 2004 Members Posted March 4, 2004 everything repeats past the 12th fret. i.e: open A string is and A (obviously), 12th fret A is an A. 13th fret is a A#, 14th fret is B, and so on and so forth... i am sorry if that isn't what you were asking.
Members Bleedin'Fingers Posted March 4, 2004 Author Members Posted March 4, 2004 Thanks! Actually that was what I was asking. I thought the same but it did not appear that way in the book, or at least so I think. I will check again.
