iii-m

IV-M

V-M

but what about harmonic and melodic minor chords and anybody where I can find out more about more about these scale modes more?

If you build triads off each note of the "natural" minor you can discover the chords, but here's "A minor" as an example:

a = a c e
b = b d f the intervals building these triads remains
c = c e g constant in all other minor keys, too.
d = d f a
e = e g b
f = f a c
g = g b d
a = a c e

I IV V are minor and that's the important thing. Using the other chord forms will give you some rather interesting, but disjunct progression form........for Harmonic minor the 7th step is raised 1/2 step = g# b d . The accompany chords for the 3 minor scale forms are less overbearing when altered to fit a melody written from notes which lead to I IV or V at the phrase ending. Otherwise the exact triads can lead to modulation, temporary or not.
