I know a fingerstyle version I learned from a Stephan Grossman video a few years back. It is a fairly simple song, but as with many of the old tunes there are a ton of versions of it.

Basic chords are D, G, A. The version I know it is alternating bass fingerpicked and the melody notes are played out of the chord shapes. I like to play that tune capoed at the second fret and play it in E, sounds better to my ears, using the standard D, G, and A chord forms.

I don't know where you can get the tab for it though, sorry, but if you are interested in the video, it has a number of tunes on in that vein.
