Members rwenji Posted February 26, 2008 Members Posted February 26, 2008 hi, i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this website truefire guitar lessons. in particular a CD video pack called Caged Cracked. It's advertised as a rut-buster for beginners and intermediates, looks interesting but it goes for $50. Here's the link http://truefire.com/list.html?store=video_lessons&item=6872
Members Virgman Posted February 26, 2008 Members Posted February 26, 2008 Go here. It's free. Ask Mike questions if you like. He is here all the time as Gennation. http://lessons.mikedodge.com/ There's tons of free stuff available. Here's another good site: http://justinguitar.com/ Save your money.
Members R. Chapman Posted February 26, 2008 Members Posted February 26, 2008 I've been to Truefire. there's alot of good free lessons there... It's called truefireTV..http://truefiretv.com/ Sorry, don't know anything about Caged Cracked. I'd also second Virgman's recommendation of Mike's site. Alot of great info there. Good luck, Randy
Members Pepsi Posted February 26, 2008 Members Posted February 26, 2008 I've been a level 2 subscriber (I can view all their CD products online) with Truefire for well over a year and I'm not cancelling anytime time soon either. Best 'investment' I ever made. I've haven't watched the Caged cracked series you mention. Your best bet is to view the free samples they have of it on the truefiretv link in the previous post and decide for yourself if its something you like. I will say that Brad Carlton who does that series is an EXCELLENT teacher.
