Any guitar workshops/seminars in winter?

Hi:

 

Does anyone know if any acoustic guitar workshops/seminars are offered in winter? I'm looking for something similar to the 3-7 days workshops that are available during the summer. I'm interested in something similar to the Acoustic Core offered by the National Guitar Workshop. Music genre: Eagles, Jack Johnson, etc. I am wanting to improve rhythm and singing along while playing guitar. I live in a pretty rural area in the midwest and willing to travel to about anywhere.
