Thanks for that, maplebbay!

You put together an excellent instructional video for relative beginners - a good choice of song, with a useful mixed bag of chords and techniques.

You could, as you moved into the chorus, segued wonderfully into something like "Anarchy in the UK" by the Sex Pistols. I would love to see you do this, if you know that song, and have the time.

I think it would show the leaner that the way you use chords is just as important as the choice of chords you make.

I would have played the main rhythm thing a bit differently, that's just me
:-)

Trick of the Roxanne: it sounds simple, but it is very hard to keep the stabs math-like and not played with a natural swing.

I always enjoyed your other videos (too).

such a good song! good for beginners too, i never thought of it that way. i'll use it for the next student of mine who likes the police.
