These just got released to the public over the weekend. At some point in the near future the DVD will be released. There's more to come soon.

Thought you guys would dig this.

We opened the show with Pharaohs Dance. An amazing sound was captured that night!

Wow! That is so ambitious, and you all did it so well! I haven't listened to Bitches Brew for years... I have the LP and my turntable hasn't worked for like 12 years. You captured it - very evil (live)!

Thanks m. We were all very happy with the performance, as well as having 300 in attendance!...for a fusion gig!

It was pretty ambitious. We almost didn't do it. It was planned for October or something and we never got together. Then in November the leader sent out a message saying, "if we are going to do an anniversary show, we need to do it by the end of the year". The response was overwhelming and we got it in. Just got it in actually, I think the date of the show was Dec 20th!

The spontaneity was the magical part of it. We did this on two sketchy rehearsals about a month apart. We never had everyone together at one time for the rehearsals either! And the last rehearsal was over a week before the gig!

I LOVE doing wonderful one-time shows. That's when video becomes important!

Really nice production.

Beautiful.

I watched your solo. That was good. I'm a tough grader so good is the modern "awesome".

That's the same Les Paul you've been using for decades isn't it? Have you ever had it re-fretted?

Thanks Virg! Yeah, that's the same LP. I bought it new in 1979. I call it Electricism.

Yes, I've had it refretted a couple of times. And it's getting ready for another.

Here's me and Electricism in the 1981, I was a young boy of 19 years old!

Virg, check this out. I forgot about his pic, I had the guitar about 3 weeks at this point. I was a senior in high school and we had a house gig for about half a year at what I used to call "the hole in the hole-in-the-wall". But it was better than working at Burger King, and I made more :p

I would've been 17 years old here (that's my vintage Leedy/Ludwig drum set in the back, I was the drummer but would come out to play some guitar on a couple of tunes)

That's really cool. Not too many play the same guitar for so long. You obviously got a winner.

There is a distinct resemblance between you and your son.

Time is a river.
