Members sonik
Hi guys, so I've got an axon MKII and the AIX 101 pickup that I'm looking to install on a Carvin DC 200. The suction cups don't work. Any good ideas/links to better methods that don't involve drilling? Thanks in advance The guitar: Behind the bridge is the only real option. Members mygolfcart123
Nothing I can think of, other than that double sided tape that Roland uses on their GK pickups.
Members aliensporebomb
Yep. I use double-sided tape for my GK3 installs on every guitar that uses it. I can go from fully synth capable to stock inside of 15 minutes. I've had the same strip of double-sided tape on the strat for over a year now and dozens of gigs. Members sonik
Yeah I'm fine with using the tape on the pickup itself, but my concern is more with the control housing. Tape doesn't seem like it would hold...
Members germanicus2112
3M surface mounting tape easily holds it.

You COULD just use the same kind of tape that the GK pickup uses for the pickup itself. A couple of strips on the controller should work fine. (I know for a fact that the roland tape will not leave marks)...I do not know about the other tape. If you can't find any of the roland tape, try roland.com and ask them.
