i do think they are much better live. the albums are always good but en up a tad too light-sounding compared to their live sound.

is there a new album in the works?

I'm seeing them in a week. I saw them on the () tour and it was one of the best shows I've ever been too.

after seeing them live twice, i rarely listen to their albums anymore, they are so much better live.

the new album, Takk, just came out.

 

 

it's funny 'bout the response of them being better live, there were a couple songs that they played that I thought were good, but better recorded, namely Ny Batteri and Untitled 8.

 

still amazing though.

this year was the third time i saw them live. i saw each tour, from agaetis byrjuin over () to takk. the first one was without seats but it was so fscinating every time you wanted to walk out your feet another wonderful thing happend on stage so you just stood there stunning again!

i like ny batteri and untitled 8 especially in the live setup! and the fifth song (forgot the name) of the new album with those xylophon tones... just a beauty of sound.
